These terms apply to your use of the NovaGarment website, operated by Jinjiang Shunnian Trading Co., Ltd. Business orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice and any written agreement confirmed between us and the buyer; if there is any conflict, those documents prevail over these website terms.
Styles shown on this website are ready style references for OEM / ODM production. Product photos show the reference style; the finished product follows the sample, tech pack and specifications confirmed with you before bulk production. Colours and details may vary slightly between screens, samples and bulk production within normal industry tolerance.
Prices are provided by quotation after we receive your requirements (style, fabric, quantity, logo and packaging). A price shown in an email or message exchange is an indication until it is confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice.
Sampling terms — including sampling fee, sampling time and courier cost — are confirmed with you for each style before sampling starts. Bulk production starts after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.
If you send us logos, artwork, tech packs or designs for custom production, you confirm that you own them or are authorised to use them, and you remain responsible for them. We use customer artwork only to produce that customer's orders and do not resell it to other buyers.
Payment terms, delivery terms (such as FOB), lead times and inspection arrangements are agreed in writing for each order and stated on the proforma invoice. Nothing on this website changes the terms of a confirmed order.
